Stephanie was the ultimate professional during this transaction. What I believed to be a very straightforward and easy sale turned into a nightmare. The property I was selling was owned by a company where I had 100% ownership but that ownership was being challenged due a contested estate issue. So, after Stephanie secured a sale contract, a lien was placed on the property. The buying team, myself and Stephanie had to navigate several hoops over two months until a lawsuit was actually decided in my favor so the sale could finally go through. During this time, Stephanie handled everything like a true professional. Stephanie Koshak aided us in selling our house and also in buying our condo.We could not have been more pleased with her service. Summary of their experience Stephanie Koshak is the best realtor in all of the Memphis area and perhaps the entire country! Bold statement to be sure, but the reason I feel I can make such an outlandish statement is becau se of having served in the military for 28 years and accomplishing several moves both before and after this military career. I was transferred a minimum of every three years during that period and because of this experience, I feel more than qualified to make a judgment on realtors having bought and sold 16 homes during my lifetime. Of course that doesn’t mean I’ve worked with just 16 realtors . . No, more than twice and probably three times that many because I’m very, very, and I mean VERY picky when it comes to selection and working with someone that is part of such a major life-changing decision. Nickname: “Realtor Terminator” Having said all of this, I can’t imagine anyone standing up to the level or caliber of this highly trained professional realtor by any comparison. The way she was able to find my home with such stiff criteria and demands of her, and the time it must have taken to work all the issues that we encountered before she was able to find our home in Collierville . . . Well, to make it blunt and clear (which I’m all about) ** Stephanie is that jewel that you just don’t normally find ** At least I’ve never met a realtor that even comes close to her in that 35-year period of buying and selling homes.
